Open water diver
This is the first certification level in the PADI program. It starts with the discover scuba diving option B, after which you can still decide whether you like to continue.
During this course, in shallow water, you will learn all the skills you need to be a safe and competent diver before we take you out for three more dives in open water.
Studying the PADI open water diver manual and doing the knowledge reviews will prepare you for the class room sessions and the final exam.
After certification you will be qualified to dive autonomously to a depth of maximum 18 meters (60ft) or to continue your education with the PADI advanced open water diver course.
